Thank you for checking our community website!
Paul Fortino here (122)... Over the past two years, Larry and I have enjoyed getting to know our neighbors. We've hosted two informal "Wine-down" events in the courtyard, where we met many new neighors that we hadn't even seen around before!
We hope to see you at the next one!
I was thinking about creating and distrubuting a quarterly news letter for the community. But then thought it might be better (and easier) if I created a web site instead.
Voila!... here it is... (a work in progress).

This was very useful in a different neighborhood, several years back. On Thanksgiving day, one of the neighbors' smoke alarm was going off and nobody was at home! We were able to contact them, find out who had a key, and checked it out without the fire department breaking a window! Good news... it was just a faulty smoke alarm!

The sky is the limit (within reason)
The main purpose...
Knowing our neighbors is important for neighborhood safety and well being of our neighborhood. But establishing real connections with neighbors will make a lasting difference for everyone! We share far more in common than just our courtyard and adjoining walls. Let's get to know each other!
Please help us make this website to be a simple, helpful and most of all, a respectful tool for everyone to use.Your contributions and suggestions to our community, are what will truly make our neighborhood a unique, welcoming, and healthy commuity!

P.S. This is NOT an official HOA website, but rather a personal site that I created and will maintain for residents to use to stay informed.
Enjoy!
